By accessing or using Certico ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Certico is operated by Diranx Solutions Limited.

2. Service Description

Certico is a digital certificate generation platform that allows users to design, create, and distribute professional certificates. The Platform provides templates, customisation tools, and email delivery services.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not use the Platform to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal certificates.
• You must have the right and authority to issue certificates on behalf of your organisation.
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the data you upload (recipient names, emails).

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• All prices are displayed before purchase. Volume discounts apply automatically.
• Certificates are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues that prevent certificate delivery. Contact hi@certico.app within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The Certico platform, including its templates, designs, and code, is the property of Diranx Solutions Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform itself.

Certificates you generate are yours. You retain full ownership of the content and data you provide for certificate creation.

6. Uploaded Content

You retain all rights to images, logos, and data you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Certificate recipient data (names, emails) is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Certico to:

• Create forged or fraudulent academic credentials.
• Impersonate educational institutions or organisations.
• Distribute malicious content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Certico available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Certico is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
